Our client a well respected and established specialist practice located on Wickham Terrace is seeking the expertise of a highly experiencedMedical Receptionist. This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday (38 hours a week). We require a well presented candidate with demonstrated abilities to multi-task and juggle a variety of reception, administration, secretarial and typing tasks whilst maintaining a calm and professional manner.
Key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Meet and greet of patients visiting the practice and assisting patients with general enquiries
- Coordination of all patient bookings
- Preparing and running patient clinics
- Managing all patient billing and receipting
- Typing of all basic medical correspondence
- General administration support to the team
To be closely considered for this role, we are seeking out candidates who are dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced working within a specialist practice (minimum 2 years experience). You will genuinely be motivated by a practice and enjoy being part of a team whose purpose is to deliver superior care and attention to the patients who regularly visit the practice.
