Cathy, having more than 18 years industry experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Manager working for boutique recruitment specialists across Medical/Healthcare, Corporate & Legal sectors. Cathy has managed a specialized medical/healthcare recruitment agency previously for a period of 6 years. Cathy has industry expertise and qualifications to support her experience in Recruitment & Human Resource Management.
Sally’s experience as a Registered Nurse in both clinical and management areas of major public and private hospitals for 10 years has provided a solid foundation for an understanding of health care. Sally then embarked on her legal career for 5 years in health litigation with major and top tier national law firms that enabled Sally to develop a different appreciation and understanding of health delivery within a legal framework. With the commencement of her husband’s private orthopaedic practice it was a natural and easy transition for Sally to take on the role as Practice Manager. Sally has a unique skill set and is complemented with her MBA. Sally has worked as a Practice manager for 10 years in a busy orthopaedic practice.
