At LA, we take the time to listen and obtain a detailed brief to ensure your recruitment needs are met. LA Consultants have a clear objective to source the most suitable candidates to compliment your team, corporate culture, and organisation. The following are the key steps undertaken by the LA team to meet your recruitment needs
- Candidate Application lodged and resume received
- Resume screened and short listed
- Successful applicants will be initially contacted by telephone and screened (unsuccessful applicants will be kept on LA database for future positions)
- Successful applicants are interviewed in house by an LA Consultant including Behavioural and Structured screening
- Candidate is briefed on the role and action plan is implemented
- Confidential reference checks and skills assessments undertaken by LA Consultants
- A profile is created and altered for each specific client referral
- The profile and resume is delivered to the client
- Interviews are arranged for successful candidates with assistance and support offered to the candidate for the interview
- Unsuccessful candidates with the LA Consultant revisit other opportunities
- Feedback received from the interview process from client and candidate and a second interview is arranged (if desired or necessary)
- At this point in our LA process a copy of the skills and reference checks are provided to the client
- Negotiation of offer and confirmation of employment (including start date, contract preparation, relevant induction paperwork)
- Continued liaison with candidate and client (up and until 3 months)
